Date of birth certificate is compulsory for making passport those who are born on or after 26-01-1989.for making passport. Those Holding passport also in Countries Like U.S.A and U.K and other Eouropien countries. for visa extension also you required date of Birth certificate. Authorities are asking Date of birth certificate compulsory from Indian. So However not holding date of birth certificate. make it your 10th Marksheet will not work for you those born on 26-01-1989 and after.
