INFORMATION ON SOME POINTS WITH REGARDS TO CLAIM:

File your Claim petitions if not filed before official Liquidator attached to High Court of Mumbai, Though Number of times I have written on this topic, Rest it is your Money, No authority is going to contact you Except paper Publication. I hope process of disposing of property will start early in this Year.

FORM-66 is called your claim petition This Form template you can download this from Ministry of Corporate affairs than make it to required format take help of any legal person if required, petition with annex with this Index sheet Means details of the paper which you are submitting and Docket- is last page of Court filing papers, with this xerox copy of your particular File papers after notarization of your documents it should be submitted to Official liquidator. It can be send by registered post, Speed post or through Courier.

Everybody (All India Investors) have to submit his/her claim petition to official liquidator attached to High Court of Bombay Only.

All xerox copy of papers to be signed by individually than it should be notarized from Notary Public of Government of India. Rs. 10/- Notary fees and Rs. 5/- Court fees to be put up on Claim petition. Each File one claim if have number of files make claim separately for each file and if Combo One claim for city Limouzines and one claim for Realcom , in Realcom File.

Though You can send by covering letter of your family files  means of your son daughter and wife together in one covering so that one Docket number will be issued or when you will be called for verification of original documents one person can take all documents together, other wise some times on separte date you may be called for original documents verification.

Another Point For your information it is your money, for getting your money after liquidation order you have to submit claims , without submitting you will not get any penny. Another Point for your information movement the date is closed for receiving claim. after words you can not file any claims. Whenever I am getting good news I writes here.

Any doubt you can put questions here I will try to reply if it is in my Knowledge. In this matter I contested my own number of cases Cases at different forum. I hope for early recovery in this Company matter.
